Los estudiantes de MelonDistrict pudieron vivir este año las famosas “Fallas de Valencia” el pasado 19 de Marzo.

Las Fallas, nombre nunca más apropiado para un acontecimiento que en el fuego y las explosiones ven su símbolo y elemento principal.

La fiesta concluyó con la impresionante cremá la noche, día que viajamos de Barcelona a Valencia, cuando todos los ninots, las estatuas de cartón, la madera y los materiales plásticos construidos por los representantes de cada Falla, pasan a la historia en una fiesta de llamas y color.

The MelonDistrict students experienced “Las Fallas de Valencia” on March 19th, 2010.

Las Fallas, never a more appropriate name for an event where from the fires and explosions come it’s symbol and main element.

The festival conclude with the impressive night of the 19th of March, the day when we travel from Barcelona to Valencia, when the statues of carton, wood and plastic materials constructed to represent every Falla (huge ornate cardboard figure), spend history in a celebration of flames and colour.

El pasado 17 al 21 de Marzo se desarrolló el Saló de L’Ensenyament 2010 en la Fira de Barcelona.

El Salón permitió al estudiante contactar las universidades y entidades relacionadas con el mundo universitario y contestar a sus preguntas con relación a su futura carrera profesional.

MelonDistrict – Residencias de Estudiantes en Barcelona estuvo presente a través de los stands de sus Universidades y Escuelas partners como UPF, UB, EAE, IED, ELISAVA, ISM-ESIC, UAB-Vila Universitaria y la BAU, para ofrecer a los estudiantes que vinieron de fuera de Barcelona una interesante alternativa de alojamiento en la ciudad.

From the 17th to the 21nd of March took place Saló de L’Ensenyament 2010 in the Fira of Barcelona.

The convention enabled the students having contact with universities and entities related to the student world and answering to all the questions in relation with their future professional career.

MelonDistrict- Student Residence in Barcelona was there through its universities and schools partners stands like the UPF, UB, ESEC, EAE, IED, ELISAVA, ISM-ESIC, UAB-Vila Universitaria and the BAU to offer to the foreign students an interesting option of housing in the city.
