Si prefieres quedarte en Sitges, habrá un tren cada media hora para volver; pero se consiente que ese día suele haber mucha gente. Melon District brings you to the Sitges Carnival

For those who haven’t yet been to a true Carnival City, Sitges Carnival 2012 is waiting for you this Tuesday 21st of February! With vibrant streets, crowds having fun, pictures all around and costumes to go wild. Be creative and design ypur own costume! Melon District will give away a free trip to LAS FALLAS DE VALENCIA for the best costume prize, we will take you straight to the heart of a fantastic evening to where it all happens during this epic night.

We will meet at the MelonCafe of the Melon District Marina Residence at 20.45h to be leaving Barcelona by 21.00h. Once we arrive we will chose our own streets to discover…but when it’s time to come back, there will be a snack for each person and the bus ready to leave at 3.00h. If you plan to stay in Sitges you can take the train back to Barcelona, but be aware that the trains will be crowded.

We will provide a map to each person indicating where everything is at Sitges.

Agrupa unos cuantos amigos y vámonos a esquiar a Andorra. Sólo a 4 horas de Barcelona, siendo uno de los países más pequeños del mundo, pero uno de los mejores lugares para esquiar en los Pirineos. Tendremos la oportunidad de disfrutar de dos días de buenas pistas, buenos momentos y recuerdos maravillosos. Sin lugar a duda dirígete a la recepción de tu residencia para reservar su plaza. Si no sabes esquiar ni hacer snowboard, no te preocupes, por solo 3€ ofrecemos 2 horas de clases grupales dándote toda la técnica para disfrutar de todo el fin de semana!

Por un precio incomparable de 110 €, podrás disfrutar de una noche de alojamiento, cena del sábado y desayuno del domingo, 2 días completos en las pistas, bus ida y vuelta, guía, diversión y un montón de fotos!

El material de esquí y snowboard, se podrá alquilar una vez lleguemos a las pistas. El precio de alquiler es de 19€ para el snowboard y las botas y 29€ para esquís y botas. El seguro a todo riesgo en pistas por los dos días, se podrá adquirir por 11€.

Hora de encuentro es 5.30h el sábado 10 de Marzo, para que la hora de salida sean las 6.00h, si salimos con retraso nos perjudicará con el tráfico y en al momento de alquilar, así que asegúrate de levantarte a tiempo al igual que tus amigos así nadie se queda atrás. Estaremos de regreso el domingo 11 de Marzo a las 22.00h aproximadamente.

Its time to get your friends, your gear and head up to Andorra this 10th and 11th of March. Only 4 hours away, one of the smallest countries in the world, yet one of the best places to ski in the Pyrenees, we’ve finally reached the date we have all been waiting for. Leaving Saturday 10th and coming back Sunday 11th, we will have the chance to enjoy two full days of great slopes, great moments and wonderful memories. Without a doubt head to your local reception to reserve your spot. There are limited seats and a minimum of 40 participants* to get the trip on the road, so get as many friends as you can and let´s make it happen! Nothing to worry about if you haven’t skied or snowboarded before, we offer 3€ group lessons lasting two hours, just the right time for you to get sliding into action!

For the unbeatable price of 110€ you will enjoy one night accommodation, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast, 2 full days on the slopes, bus round trip, travel guide, great fun and loads of photos!

You will be able to hire your ski equipment once we arrive although it is not possible to hire ski clothes! The hire price is 19€ for snowboard and boots and 29€ skiis and boots. Full Coverage Slope insurance is also available upon arrival for 11€ covering both days.

El frío no dejo que los residentes de Melon District apoyaran al Barça en el partido contra la real Sociedad el pasado 4 de Febrero en el Camp Nou.
Tras reunirse en el MelonCafe los residentes se dirigieron al estadio con todo el ánimo de vivir este espectáculo único.
Con 2 goles del Barça marcados por Cristian Tello en el minuto 9, y por supuesto Lionel Messi en el minuto 72, el Camp Nou celebró la victoria de su equipo tras el resultado 2-1.
A pesar del esfuerzo del Real Sociedad y el gol marcado por Carlos Vela, el equipo “blaugrana” no dejó de lucirse durante todo el partido.

Supporting the Barça team from the Camp Nou

The cold weather didn’t stop the Melon District residents support Barça in the match against Real Sociedad on February 4th at the Camp Nou.
After meeting in MelonCafe the residents went to the stadium with all the encouragement to live this unique spectacle.
With 2 goals scored by the Barça team, Cristian Tello in the minute 9, and of course Lionel Messi in minute 72, the Camp Nou celebrated the victory of his team after the 2-1 result.
Despite the efforts of the Real Sociedad and the goal scored by Carlos Vela, the “blaugrana” team did not stop showing off for the entire match.
