We are looking for someone with talent, drive, a sense of humour and a sparkling personality to join our team as Night Auditor at our amazing, hotel-with-a-difference in Paris

Your mission, should you choose to accept:

Just as important: you are responsible for every aspect of the hotel operation together with the Hotel Manager and the Manager. You operate mainly in the lounge/reception area where you are open and available with a friendly smile to meet all the needs of students and hotel guests and the questions of random strangers. This goes way beyond old school reception duties: you and your team members are the hotel’s super-skilled hosts and responsible for optimal guest experience.

And this stuff too:

  • Reception duties: check ins and outs and... you know the drill
  • Provide information in a fun and friendly way to guests (or potential guests!) in person, on the phone, online, by telepathy etc.
  • You’re the go-to contact person for our students: you handle complaints and technical issues and other stuff as it comes up
  • You support sales activities and in-house events
  • Have fun! Spread smiles and good vibes knowing that employees and guests enjoying themselves and connecting with each other is what this is all about

You’re gonna need this:

  • A flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach
  • Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
  • You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro
  • Fluent in french and english, and decent skills in at least two other languages (the more the merrier)
  • Hard working, responsible and "let’s do this!" mentality
  • You build and lead motivated, happy teams like a natural

Brief Description: This is a great opportunity with an international housing company and leading brand who is looking for a Key Account/Business Development/Partnership and University Manager, to join their team in Barcelona. Being responsible for managing existing commercial relationships, as well as driving growth through emerging B2B sales stream.

Duties & Functions
- To manage and create relationships with key partners to grow and exceed revenue goals.
- To drive our emerging B2B Sales stream and create sales opportunities.
- Determine targets within a sales strategy, annual planning and budget.
- Draft and implement proposals and contracts to potential partners and clients.
- Reporting.

Qualifications & Personal Characteristics - essentials - :
- Languages: Catalan native, Spanish, French and English are essential.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- 4-5 years’ experience working with an international network and/or clients.
- A good understanding of emerging trends in educational community and international student’s world.
Qualifications & Personal Characteristics - others - :
- A healthy contact list would certainly come in handy.
- Excellent interpersonal and partner facing/management skills
- Good influencing (including cross-department coordination) and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Intense customer focus.
- Proactive and goal-oriented; good at juggling multiple priorities and time management.
- A drive to improve in a growing company with many opportunities.

The University AM reports to the Sales Manager and Managing Director.
Working Conditions:

Salary: According to the experience and capabilities
Monday - Friday: 09:00/ 10:00H - 18:00H / 19:00H with as much flexibility as possible
