Poblenou Urban DIstrict
Poblenou Urban District is a non-profit organization established in mid-2012 by a group of companies in the creative sector, who joined with the aim of promoting cultural and shopping attractions of the area and to promote the district as the Barcelona’s new center of art and creativity.
ULiving Brazil was founded in mid-2011, specializing in real estate business and with 18 years of industry experience.
Its mission is to develop the best projects aimed exclusively for the university community, through a singular understanding and steadfast commitment to students, parents, universities, investors and partners
Melon District has a partnership with ARECMAC, an association that has bring together the most important residences of students in Catalonia to certify the good practice of operators and quality standards of the residences in the student housing, both national and international, according to the needs of the university community of Catalonia.
Urban Land Institute
Melon District is a member of ULI, the Urban Land Institute, is a nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members.
A multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates an open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places.
The Class of 2020 Foundation
The Class of 2020 Foundation is an Amsterdam-based non-profit organization established with a simple goal: To further the professionalism and knowledge of student housing in Europe and beyond.
Melon District is an active member of this well-known association since 2013.
NAFSA Association of International Educators
NAFSA promotes international education and provides opportunities for professional development within the field. Hundreds of volunteers and NAFSA members work with the association to defend international education. Melon District has been an active member of this well-known association since 2004.
EAIE European Association for International Education
The EAIE is a non-profit organisation whose primary objective is to boost the internationalisation of education in Europe and worldwide, as well as to gather knowledge about the needs of international education professionals. The EAIE is made up of individual members. It has a committee comprising over 1600 international education professionals, from chancellors and professors to international exchange coordinators. The EAIE is dedicated to serving and representing the interests of these members.
Melon District is a member of this association as a university accommodation representative.
WYSE Travel Confederation
WYSE is the world’s largest network of youth and student travel operators. WYSE Travel Confederation is a non-profit association dedicated to supporting the global industry and connecting the organisations that serve millions of young people who travel to study, work and grow.
Melon District has been an active member of this association since 2004.
Erasmus Student Network (ESN)
The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is the biggest student associations in Europe present in more than 430 Higher Education Institutions from 37 countries.
ESN Barcelona promotes the social and personal integration of all the exchange students from UAB, UPF, UPC, UB.
Melon District has now a partnership with ESN to provide university accommodation among their student members.
French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Barcelona
French presence in Spain is extensive and varied, and has been analysed at from an economic, administrative and sociocultural perspective. The Chamber has two core missions: to promote the French business community in Catalonia and provide commercial support for French companies interested in establishing themselves in the Spanish market.
Melon District is one of the companies that work with the chamber, owing to its major presence in Spain and France, two major markets.
