As it provides a service complementary to education aimed at both the Spanish and international markets, Melon District has links with a number of different organisations. As such, it has established partnerships with various universities, colleges and language schools, as well as companies (to accommodate students carrying out internships and work placements).
The 22@ Barcelona project involved the transformation of 200 hectares of industrial land in the Poblenou neighbourhood into an avant-garde district comprising modern spaces for the strategic concentration of activities
related to knowledge and innovation. This initiative is both an urban redevelopment project and represents a new model for the city aiming to address the challenges of the knowledge society. Melon District is a member of the project’s parent organisation.
If you work or are involved in a project in the 22@ Barcelona district, you can benefit from special conditions at the Melon District residences. For more details, fill in the room application form.
