Melon calendar

Like in other big European cities, open-air film screenings are very popular in Barcelona during summer, offering the chance to enjoy the warm nights and relax with friends.

At Melon District we’ll be holding our 2nd open-air film festival on the patio at the Marina residence.

Last year’s edition was a resounding success, as the films chosen were decided between everyone. We’ll be doing the same thing this time around, so help us choose the film for each screening by voting on our Facebook page.

Three screenings will be held in total in May and there will be free popcorn and drinks, so don’t miss out!

Friday 14 June’s the date of our farewell pool party, where we’ll be celebrating the beginning of summer and the end of exams. It will also be time to say goodbye to a number of our students who have finished their time in Barcelona and at the residence.

Where will it be going down? You already know the answer: at the Refreshing Lounge at the Melon District Marina residence.

Don’t forget to bring your swimming costume with you. Be prepared for an incredible afternoon!
