Melon District Marina
Location
Melon District Marina is the largest student residence in Barcelona, and is located in the Poblenou neighbourhood, just 10 minutes from the city centre.
The residence is situated in one of the most modern parts of the city and boasts excellent public transport links, with two metro lines just a few steps away: L4 (the yellow line) and L1 (the red line), as well as several buses, tram line T4 and various bicing (Barcelona bike sharing) stops in the surroundings, meaning getting from the residence to the centre or any of Barcelona's university campuses couldn't be simpler.

The residence is 5 minutes (400 metres) from Marina metro station (L1 - the red line), which has direct links with Plaza Cataluña, Plaza España and the Estació del Nord bus station.
Take metro line 1 (the red line) towards Fondo and get off at Marina.
Take metro line 4 (the yellow line) towards Barceloneta and get off at Bogatell. From here, walk up Calle Zamora for roughly 6 minutes until you reach the corner of Calle Sancho de Ávila.
Take metro line 1 (the red line) at Arc de Triomf towards Fondo and get off at Marina. Most Ryanair buses arrive at the Estació del Nord.
Take metro line 3 (the green line) to Espanya and change to line 1 (the red line). Take line 1 towards Fondo and get off at Marina.
Take metro line 1 (the red line) towards Fondo and get off at Marina.
- Aerobús (airport bus): stops right outside the terminal at El Prat Airport (departures every 5-10 minutes from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.). Get off at Plaza Cataluña and take metro line 1 (the red line) towards Fondo, getting off at Marina.
- Regular bus - line 46: runs from El Prat Airport and terminates at Plaza España. Here, take metro L1 (the red line) towards Fondo and get off at Marina.
- Train (Renfe): this train only runs from Terminal 2 of El Prat Airport. Services stop at both Sants and Passeig de Gràcia, in the city centre, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Change at Sants or walk from Passeig de Gràcia to Plaza Cataluña and then hop on L1 (the red line) of the metro towards Fondo, getting off at Marina.
