Stays of over one month require the payment of a registration fee, which varies according to the full stay duration. This is a one-off fee for each stay which covers management and registration expenses.

security deposit
The deposit is 1.000€ for the type of room reserved. Under no circumstances will the deposit cover the last month of rent stated in the accommodation contract. The deposit must be paid minimum thirty (30) days before the contract start date.
